Following my trip to Los Angeles in 2013 where I performed as Noel Coward in Bel Air and The Steve Allen Theatre on Hollywood Blvd I returned again to the City of Angels in 2015 for an Industry Hollywood Networking Week.
I spent two weeks meeting casting directors and agents and took some acting classes with Hollywood Acting Coach Anthony Meindl.
I was taken out to lunch by Director Paul Lynch (Star Trek the Next Generation, Robocop the series, Deep Space Nine and Murder She Wrote) and Music Producer Peter Foldy who encouraged me to pursue Comedy as I reminded them of the late, great, British Comic Frankie Howerd!
I have also started writing my own comic sketches to perform.
I have also appeared as Oscar Wilde at The Langham Hotel in London to celebrate the Hotel’s 150th Birthday and performed a Noel Coward Cabaret produced by Tales Retold Productions in Brighton at the Nightingale Room at The Grand Central with some talented ladies I met in Los Angeles.
I’m also due to appear as Butler Mr. Turner in J.C.Ralls next film “Kathryn”, a ghost story set in late nineteenth century England.
All in all it’s been an eventful year up to August, watch this space...
